1. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation.
2. Transaction fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
3. Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Hence, we recommend reaching the venue an hour before the event starts to ensure smooth entry.
4. If an event is canceled/postponed, Sulekha will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the transaction fee.
5. Every venue has its own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny entry on the basis of the same.
6. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.
7. In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in this event, I hereby waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue the Organizers, or their respective team members, , or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury (including loss of life, disability, or serious harm), property damage or theft, negligence, or actions (each, a “Loss”) resulting from or arising in connection with my travel to, attendance at, or participation in the Event and any related activities unless said Loss is caused by the sole, gross negligence of Organizer. I agree that this waiver and release shall bind me and my personal representatives, shall be enforceable to the fullest and broadest extent of the law, and, if any portion is held invalid, the remainder should continue in full legal force and effect. I am an adult of sound mind and capable of entering into this waiver. I have read its terms and fully understand and agree to the provisions herein. I agree that this waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina and enforced only in courts in the State of North Carolina.
