Event Terms and Conditions:

• DRESS CODE STRICTLY ENFORCED. THE DRESS STANDARD FOR BOLLYWOOD CLUB IS UPSCALE; GENTLEMEN MUST WEAR A COLLARED, BUTTON-UP SHIRT or COLLARED JACKET.
•  The following dress code is considered unacceptable : Ripped, torn or soiled clothing T-shirts with offensive designs/words, Flannelette shirts, Camouflage clothing, Male singlets and tank-tops, “Hoodies” (hooded jumpers or t-shirts) Shorts , Active sporting attire and active sports shoes (including branded urban wear), Excessively revealing clothing, Manual work clothing or boots (including all steel cap boots),Fancy dress, hats, caps or bandannas (exemptions apply for specific events and functions)Thongs, sneakers, high tops, joggers, runners, beach sandals, massage sandals, unclean or untidy foot wear.
• If dress code is not as per above given criteria, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission without any refunds applicable.
•  Age limit:18 years old (ladies), 21 years old (gentlemen). No refunds or exchanges on any ticket are permissible
• At the point of entry the ticket presented must match the FULL NAME specified on your ID and you will be asked to present a current Original Singapore IC and government-issued passport is required for verification. (Expired forms of the listed ID, or photocopies will not be accepted).
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person considered quarrelsome or aggressive, unsuitably attired or intoxicated No refunds applicable
• The ticket holder’s full name on the ticket must match a valid photo ID at entry.
• If the terms of entry mentioned on your ticket type are not followed- the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission without any refunds applicable. An entire group has to enter together.
• The management reserves the right to admission.
• Vaping indoors is prohibited; violators will be expelled without a
  refund.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-cancelable post-purchase.

  Sites are not responsible for communication malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, or lost, stolen,
  or misdirected, transmissions, messages or entries, or the security of any such communications.

  related to the Sites are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether
  caused by user(s) or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sites, or by
  any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of any information related to the
  Sites. LOUDER (Louder World Pty. Ltd) and any other providers of products or services related
  to the Sites may cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a user has engaged in
  fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the
  reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
• You agree that neither LOUDER (Louder World Pty. Ltd) nor any other providers of products or
  services related to the Sites are responsible for any damages that may arise as a result of any
  travel or hotel arrangements or other orders you request or make on the Sites which are not
  processed or accepted for any reason.

• Event Organiser has all the rights to alter and/or modify and/or add seating arrangements based on the demand and availability of the space.
• In case of any misbehavior/misconduct by any person at the venue, Event Organiser has all the rights to evict that person from the auditorium and no refund will be given.
